An Open Letter from the Desk of

Monroe CT Chamber of Commerce

President Ray Giovanni

Hello Chamber Members and Community Supporters,

We have had a very busy schedule these last few weeks. As I look back, we had our Golf Tournament in early October. We have co-hosted a couple of lunch & learn programs, hosted a new member breakfast at Whitney Farms Grille, enjoyed a couple of Power Network in-person meetings once again, enjoyed a very successful in-person evening Networking event at Republic Kitchen and Bar, celebrated multiple ribbon cutting events with our new members, and a just completed a wonderful new opening celebrated this past Friday at The Players Club at Whitney Farms.

To top things off, our Board has even found time to meet away from all of these other wonderful activities and has begun planning our future 2022 events.

Before we get busy with our family and friends in the Thanksgiving excitement once again, I wanted to share the thoughts of the season.

Our Town of Monroe is a better Town because of what each of you, our members bring to our Town, each and every day. Your businesses, in one way or another, and your support for the Chamber programs, initiatives, and sponsorships we provide carves out the image of our community, one that compares to an artists’ hands as they create a beautiful sculpture.

The first half of December is already filled. We are hosting two Chamber Holiday Celebrations activities and our final Lunch & Learn of the year. I invite you to join us at our Power Network Breakfast on Thurs. Dec, 2nd and our Annual Holiday Luncheon at Tues. Dec. 14th so that we can get to know each other and celebrate the holidays together. Click HERE to register for all of these events.

We are thankful for having the privilege of being connected and finding ways to serve each of your businesses. We will raise our collective glasses together on Thursday with you in mind.

Don’t get too sleepy with turkey!

All the best,

Ray Giovanni
